The worst part was that there was no local established online service that specialized in Volusia county FSBO or "For Sale By Owner". FSBOVolusia.com is here to assist in the "For Sale by Owner" process of offering fsbo sellers in Volusia County and buyers from around the nation and around the world an opportunity to connect over the internet. We are not realtors and, aside from our initial seller listing fee and the sale of some supplies, we receive nothing in payment from either the buyer or seller. By buying and selling FSBO, you are able to deal honestly and directly with the owner of the home. And who knows the property better than the owner. One should still hire a lawyer, home inspector and possibly get a loan, but these are all things one would do with or without a real estate agent. We believe that most homeowners are more than qualified to sell their own property.
