Listing On-Line

1. Read what's included in your listing.
2. Read our service agreement.
3. Optionally, you may review our services before setting up your account.
4. Setup an account. (All subsequent steps will follow automatically from this step.)
5. Specify a telephone number for your yard sign.
6. Select the services you want to purchase.
7. Select payment method (check or credit card).
8. Create and edit your listing. You will be automatically directed to the create/edit listing page.

Listing by Mail

1. Read what's included in your listing.
2. Read our service agreement.
3. Print and fill out the services order form.
4. Print and fill out the homeowner's website information form.
5. Take up to seven pictures of your property and have them developed or put on disk if digital.
6. Mark the location, free of underground utilities, where you want us to place your yard sign. Call Sunshine State One Call 1-800-432-4770 to mark underground utilities.
7. Make out a check to for the amount of the services ordered to "FSBOVolusia.com".
8. Mail your check, your pictures, your completed services order form and your completed homeowner's website information form to:
